These terms apply when you use this website or request residential cleaning services from Mayra Bright Cleaning in the Miami, Florida service area.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting a service request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

2. Estimates and service confirmation

Website prices are starting estimates for homes in normal condition. The final price, scope, date, arrival time, and availability are confirmed after Mayra Bright Cleaning reviews the request. Square footage, buildup, clutter, pet hair, parking, access, special requests, and the actual condition of the home may affect the final quote.

3. Appointments, access, and safety

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property and disclose pets, pests, hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or access restrictions before service. Mayra Bright Cleaning may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or materially different from the information provided.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact Mayra Bright Cleaning as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee will be disclosed and agreed to when the appointment is confirmed; no fee is created solely by submitting the online request.

5. Payment

Accepted payment method, amount, and due date will be confirmed before service. Additional work requested on site may require a revised quote and customer approval.

6. Satisfaction and property concerns

Please report a service concern, accidental damage, or missing item promptly so it can be reviewed. Mayra Bright Cleaning may request photographs or an opportunity to inspect and address the concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Website use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or copy Mayra Bright Cleaning branding and original content without permission.

8. Communications

Transactional calls, emails, or texts may be used to respond to your request and coordinate service. Optional SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Mayra Bright Cleaning is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or services. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Florida law and changes

These terms are governed by Florida law. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively.
